When building a custom home there is a basic oultine or steps needed to take in order to create that perfect vision of home.  This is a general outline and time frame of steps we take to help that process of your vision, becoming reality. 

1) Inital meeting to discuss archtiectural objectives, building in lifestyle enhancements, style, location and budget.

2) Second meeting to go over preliminary floorplans and discuss interior amenities

3) Third meeting to finalize preliminary plans and "sign off" to proceed with archtitectural drawings.   At this point and written contract needs to be in place outlining the general conditions, objectives and estimated budget areas.

4) Fourth meeting to review plans and "redline" any changes neccessary to interior and elevations.

5) Final meeting to "sign off" on plans to be submitted for permit, agree to budget and earnest money requirements, warranty, and list of "specifications" to be included.

6) Submit for permit (can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks)

7)Begin Construction - Average Build time for 3000 square feet is 120 days.
